Description

• Responsible for day to day cash management of the Delivery station
• Reconciles daily cash at courier level and closes debrief
• Supports Ops and Finance with data and controllership
• Coach new joinees
• Support investigations
• Execute standard company-wide programs
• Prepare, deliver and lead site communications
• Identify areas of risk and development gaps and propose solutions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance or a related field;
• Fluent proficiency in English and Arabic.- both written and verbal .
• Experience in cash handling.
• Computer Proficiency- ability to run reports and work in Excel.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to go beyond and dive deep into controllership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Control focussed
